Because access to paid public groups and features is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.

Refunds
- No refunds are provided once access has been granted
- No refunds for unused access or missed matchdays

Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only in cases of:
- Duplicate charges
- Technical errors preventing access
