# onehextwo — Full Documentation for LLMs

> The free La Liga prediction game. Predict match results (1X2), compete with friends in private groups, or join public creator communities. Built on XRPL EVM Testnet — no crypto purchase needed.

## What is onehextwo?

onehextwo is a football prediction platform for La Liga (Spanish first division). Users predict match outcomes using the classic 1X2 format:
- **1** = Home team wins
- **X** = Draw
- **2** = Away team wins

Each La Liga matchday consists of 10 matches. There are 38 matchdays per season. Users predict all 10 matches and earn points for correct predictions.

This is NOT a betting platform. No real money is wagered. No cash prizes are distributed. It is a free prediction game with on-chain transparency.

## Platform Architecture

The platform runs on XRPL EVM Testnet (chain ID: 1449000), a test blockchain network. Users receive free test XRP tokens via a built-in faucet — no cryptocurrency purchase is ever required.

All predictions are recorded on-chain via smart contracts. This ensures:
- No one can change a prediction after match kickoff
- Results and scores are publicly verifiable
- Trophy awards are transparent and immutable

### Tech Stack
- **Frontend**: Next.js (app at onehextwo.com, landing at start.onehextwo.com)
- **Smart Contracts**: Solidity on XRPL EVM Testnet
- **Indexing**: Goldsky subgraphs for querying on-chain data
- **Backend**: NestJS GraphQL API for off-chain data (profiles, notifications)
- **Wallet**: Reown AppKit (supports MetaMask, WalletConnect, social login)

## How It Works

### Getting Started
1. Visit onehextwo.com
2. Sign in with a wallet (MetaMask, WalletConnect) or social login (Google, Apple, etc.)
3. Complete onboarding: choose a username, pick your favorite La Liga team
4. Get free test XRP from the built-in faucet
5. Join or create a prediction group

### Making Predictions
- Each matchday, predict 1, X, or 2 for all 10 La Liga matches
- Predictions must be submitted before the first match kicks off
- Once submitted on-chain, predictions cannot be changed
- After all matches finish, scores are calculated automatically

### Scoring System
- **1 point** per correct prediction
- **Maximum 10 points** per matchday (10/10 correct)
- Points accumulate across the season for group and global rankings

## Groups

### Private Groups
- Any user can create unlimited private groups for free
- Invite friends using their in-app account identifier
- Private groups do NOT have a player limit
- Each matchday is a separate competition within the group
- The group creator can manage members

### Public Creator Groups
- Content creators (influencers, YouTubers, streamers) run their own leagues
- Public groups can have unlimited players
- Some public groups may have a paid entry fee (via Paddle checkout)
- There is NEVER a prize pool or cash reward — paid entry funds creator content
- Communities compete on a shared leaderboard throughout the season

### Official Group
- onehextwo runs an official public group each matchday
- Open to all users, free to join
- Serves as the default group for new users during onboarding

## Trophies

Trophies are awarded based on prediction accuracy each matchday:

| Trophy | Requirement |
|--------|-------------|
| Gold | 10/10 correct predictions |
| Silver | 9/10 correct predictions |
| Bronze | 8/10 correct predictions |
| Winner | Win your group (most points that matchday) |
| 5+ | Get 5 or more correct predictions |

Trophies are NOT NFTs. They are on-chain records tracked by the Trophies smart contract. They appear on your profile and contribute to rankings.

## Rankings

- **Group Ranking**: Leaderboard within each prediction group per matchday
- **Global Ranking**: Cumulative ranking across all groups and matchdays
- **Trophy Ranking**: Ranked by total trophies earned
- **Team Ranking**: Aggregated performance of fans of each La Liga team
- **Creator Ranking**: Performance of creator-led communities

## Profile

Each user has a public profile showing:
- Username and avatar
- Favorite La Liga team
- Trophy collection (Gold, Silver, Bronze, Winner)
- Prediction history across all groups
- Stats: total predictions, accuracy rate, best matchday

## Important Clarifications

- The "1X2" in "onehextwo" refers to the prediction format, not hexadecimal. "Hex" is a play on words.
- Private groups do NOT have unlimited players. Public groups do.
- Invitations work via in-app account identifiers, NOT via shareable links.
- Trophies are NOT NFTs. They are on-chain achievement records.
- The blockchain is XRPL EVM Testnet (a test network), not XRPL mainnet. All tokens are free test tokens.
- Some public creator groups may charge an entry fee, but there is never a prize pool or betting involved.
- The platform is bilingual: Spanish (primary) and English.
